Good Afternoon Honors Folks,
On the 10th we have both the career fair and the Salt, Sugar, Fat Author visit. I still am looking for students (7) to meet with the author from 2-3 pm in the Seminar Room of Bluford Library which is on the second floor.
On Wednesday September 11th from 3-4, I will be holding an informational on the Japan trip planned for June 2014. I will hold it in my office, 110A ACB.
Students who gave money for the Wet and Wild trip need to come get their refund or let us know in writing if they would care to donate those funds to our scholarship fund. We really need to get these things cleared up.
Our next Meet and Greet is on the 19th @ 5:30 and the Provost will be attending. We need as many of you to come out. Impressing the provost will go a long way to helping the Honors Program grow. Kashawn also needs a list of folks who would like to go out to eat afterwards (carpool and cover your own dinner). Email Jasmine Brodie email@example.com if you are interested to eat. They are heading to Kickback Jacks. Put Eat in subject line.
We are looking for about 20 students who would be willing to test cook some recipes and then talk about their experience at the coming Farmer’s Market. We would like you to use foods you could purchase at the Farmer’s Market. Email me if you are interested.
We need to process the refunds from Wet and Wild. Please come collect your refunds or email me telling me you want to donate to our scholarship fund.
